For my next shoot I continued to work on refining my series of photos in which I photograph an area, collected items from the area, before scanning and merging the two with a bit of digital manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.
This shoot was taken at Waterditch near Bransgore.

Here I have used Photoshop to increase the contrast in the photograph.
The objects in the image above were picked off the floor at the current shoot location. I scanned these in at 1200 dpi, before using Photoshop’s Quick Selection tool to select them and overlay them in as a new layer in my photograph.
