Choosing my project…
I had a variety of starting points provided to me in the examination paper.
The Journey, Dramatic Images, Water, People and Possessions, Mixed Media, Performing arts, Patterns, Issues and observations.
The three that stood out and interested me the most were ‘The Journey’, ‘Performing Arts’ and ‘Mixed Media’.
I produced a couple of mind maps to assist me in the process of deciding which project to choose.

As this starting point was more of a technique, I decided that it was important that I chose a subject to focus on throughout my project that I could work with along side my mixed media approach.
The subject I have chosen to focus on is ‘People and their surroundings’.
